Is there email we can use to send room requests for an existing reservation?

You can send an email by using the contact us option on the member website.

Using the contact form on the website satisfies DVC's security requirement that you are you and they will process your contact accordingly.

If you use a regular email address, MS will request that you call them because they can't verify who you are.
