DVC Dues

When we purchased last year I distinctly remember saying that we would like to have our Annual Dues worked into our monthly payments. Yesterday I got a letter saying our dues were 1 month over due. Anyone else have this problem?
 
When we purchased last June we had to give 2 seperate cancelled checks for them to draw out monthly dues and our financing payment. It comes out as 2 seperate draws from the bank.
 
You can call and speak with member accounting. The only time this happened with me it was because the contract had been purchased via resale. I simply asked them (it took 2 calls) to add the dues for #4 to the dues they were taking for #s 1-3.
 
Yup - definitely call MS. You might have to end up paying the late fee and you should definitely be prepared to pay the past due dues immediately, but, going forward you should be good to go. :thumbsup2
 

I don't think you can roll the dues into the real estate purchase except for past dues for the year you bought in.
 
We have the dues paid monthly and have the loan payments monthly. They are done on the same date, but they are separate from each other.

In the paperwork, there would have been two separate pages to fill out for payments.

I called this morning I was able to provide them with a checking account for months going forward, and I just had to pay the past due balance since January. Not a problem at all! Thanks!
