My daughter got married at Disney on April1, 2000. At that time it cost $2000 for
DVC members. That cost was for the basics of wedding coordinaator, wedding, cake with champagne, and the people to serve that to up to 20 people. The cost increases if you invite more people than that. You photographer was an extra $700 or so, and if you want Mickey and Minnie there it's an additional charge, $750 (??). the carriage ride was outrageous, but the actual cost escapes me. My daughter says she thinks the cost was an additional $2000, but we don't remember. If you want to get married at the Wedding Pavillion, it's also about that much. Since my daughter got married at Yacht Club Pavillion, it cost $2000. This was the easiest way in the world to have a wedding, since the coordinator handles everything, all you have to do is tell her what you want, and it gets done. They send a limo to your resort to pick you up on the wedding day, and to the other resorts that your guests may be at, and bring you to the wedding location. The coordinator meets you at the door, and leads you thru the whole thing. They even instruct the photographer and the waiters who will be serving everyone the cake and champagne. Of course, $2000 does not include the cost of the rooms of any guests, or flowers, or wedding dinner. However, the coordinator does arrange this for you, if you like. It's a wonderful, relaxing experience for everyone--can you imagine anyone saying that about a wedding?Hope this helps
