Dvc discount Hoop Dee Doo?

I was looking at the DVC discount page and no longer see the discount for Hoop Dee Doo. Is it gone?

Do you need to attend a specific show? We have just purchased an annual pass that we will activate for this trip.

We attended I believe the 6:15 show. Paid full price and when I checked in, they send me to the cashiers window (or whatever it's called) and she credited my cc. Not sure if they do it differently now or there is more than one way to get it.

I think they had a DVC discount many years ago and most likely for the later 8:30 pm show. No more.

This is still the process for getting the AP discount. I am amazed how many AP folks don't know they can do this. I usually clue at least one family in while waiting in the check-in line. So many assume since it is pre-pay that there is no way to get the discount after the initial purchase.

I read it on a friend's trip report right before our trip and my dd (w SIL and grandson) wanted to have dinner/show there anyway. Worked out perfect!! Many years prior we used the DVC discount.

I ALWAYS forget to do this at all the pre-pays

Maybe that is what Disney wants....people forget. Why not just take the discount off when purchasing and put in AP number....

When I went in January, it was AP discount only. No DVC discount.

We just booked cinderellas royal table 2 weeks ago and they gave us the discount on the spot when booking. I did tell them I am an ap holder
