[AKL 2019]

I wanted to post a recent story that is very personal. After a long wait (4 Yrs ) I finally received the gift of life in the form of a new kidney. I have been traveling the last 4 years annually to WDW and going to dialysis in celebration while my family would be at the parks. well if all goes well that is all over. this has led to a problem, we had a 1 bar akl savanna view booked for July. due to covid we could not go, but we missed our banking deadline. normally this is a bad situation and there are no exceptions, which I fully understand. but I called anyway to see if there was anything that could be done. after explaining our situation, I was transferred to a supervisor who took care of everything. we now a new reservation in jan 2021 most of our points back for 2020 and all our 2021 points. my point is, we are all in tough situations right now, if you give them a chance the disney cast members will do everything in there power to help..........I am so grateful for Disney.
