DVC at the Poly?

DVC won't comment publicly on future plans. It wouldn't help sales of the current inventory if people decided to wait until for the next location (assuming its a good one). Lots of folks have speculated, but there is nothing indicating a DVC at the Poly nor is there anything indicating it wouldn't be at the Poly.

I hope one day they do add it to the DVC, since this would be the one place I would definitely add on to. After staying at Kidani this year, I would seriously consider adding on there..we loved it, however if Poly was introduced, I would be one of the first to add on IMMEDIATELY!

That would be my dream DVC resort. I would sell my points to buy there in a second. Of course, by that time, my 160 SSR points will probably only get me 25 points at the Poly! :rotfl:

There's another thread just posted about a rumored new DVC across from Coronado Springs, next to Blizzard Beach. Bad idea in my opinion.

I would add on there in a heartbeat!!! No questions asked - it would be done deal......... I LOVE the Poly and it would be incredible if they added it. Heck -I'd be happy if we could just use points to stay now in a reg. room............

We own at AKL - and Kidani is spectacular - love it - but, the Poly is my DREAM resort! :cloud9:

I have several friends at Dvc. Poly and GF will have Dvc, just later than sooner.

You can! You can use DVC points to stay at any Disney non DVC Resort hotel. You do have to pay a $95 transfer fee.

The Poly is one of the most reliable sellers in the entire Resorts arsenal. I can't imagine they'd ever pull a "north wing" and raze/convert some of those buildings. I'm not sure how much developable land is there for new buildings, but even then, they could well generate better revenue as cash rooms than timeshares.

hey waited 15 years for any DVC on the monrail. So very happy with BLT.

the polyn would be wonderfully - but probably could not afford it...

would think with four seasons opening up - that they would put in GF before polyn.

yea would not like the area around CSR - they might be putting a DVC in that area because of the shopping areas opening up along the Western Way. and dvcers definitely like to shop. yea the area already has value and moderate resorts - so definitely not the top of my list.

Sure can, but it is not very good use of your points. Regular season 62 points per night Sun-Thurs and 78 Fri -Sat for a garden view at the Poly.:scared1:

Good point... It is expensive by the number of points needed but it is nice to do it if you have the points to spare. :thumbsup2
