Just returned from DL trip. The new preview center is located in the DL sales building behind Bonita Towers at DL Hotel. They have a portion of that office. Small staff, but they are hiring locally to grow it from the core group that transferred out from Florida. They came out on one year contracts to get the operation started.
A model is supposedly in the works but for now they have a doll house version of the DVC rooms to look at and plasma screen viewing rooms for the guides to discuss and show DVC to prospects. From what we saw and heard it appears they are building their presence there at a steady pace.
