DVC AP renewal questions (long)

My DH and I have DVC APs that expire on 10/18. We are arriving on 11/5, do I need to renew before I get there to get the renewal rate? If not do I need some sort of paperwork to take with me? Also, how do I renew them right now? I didn't get anything telling me how to do that. If I choose to renew them right now do they send me vouchers that I need to redeem when we get there? Do I have time to do that before we leave? Sorry for all the questions, I've never renewed before.

You don't need anything but your current APs, your ID & DVC membership card and something to pay with. If you order them in advance you get a voucher you have to exchange, so I don't see any reason to do it in advance.

I agree with Vicki C. Just take your current AP with you and your DVC member card plus ID and you can renew it at any Guest Services. Renewals can take place up to 30 days past expiration.

All you need to do is take the items that vicki_c noted to any Theme Park Ticket Window or any Guest Relations Location and tell them you want to renew your APs. The resorts don't do APs.
