DVC and the discount on the Water park tickets??

I am planning on going to Typhoon Lagoon one day only on my upcoming trip and I realize that we as DVC members get about $4 off an adult ticket and $3 off of a childs ticket. Where do you purchase the ticket in order to get the discount, at the park itself the day we go? Is there somewhere else to buy it ahead of time like through member services? I would have just bought the add on as I already have hopper tix but will only be going once and can't afford the extra expense of adding that and then the no expire so I don't lose the visits. Thanks in advance for your help.

It may be more convenient for you to purchase them at your resorts concierge desk in the lobby.

You will also get the discount at the park entrance as well, as long as you are using your Disney key or have some method of identifying you are DVC members. Purchasing at your concierge desk is handy if you want to avoid the lines at the park entrance, though. The last two times we've been there, we were in line before the park opened, so the line itself was a non-issue.

If they sell waterpark tickets in the resorts, that's where I would buy, too. Last time we went to BB and tried to get the discount, the CM gave me some line about their computers being down and thus she was unable to sell me tickets with the discount. Oddly enough she had no trouble selling tickets at the full price.

Thanks for the replies, I'll try and see if the concierge desk at SSR can sell them to me otherwise I'll just get them there.
