DVC and taxes

We are looking at buying into DVC and wondering if there are any "one-time" or yearly taxes associated with this (payable to the American or Canadian government)?

We own at Old Key West. The only taxes we have paid are the property taxes which are included in the annual maintenance fee. No Canadian taxes of any type.
