Dvc Adr Ddp ? Pdq

Long time WDW fan/traveler but newbie to the DVC and DDP. We are testing out the DDP next month on a short trip but are probably going to use it on our Oct. trip. If we are checking in to our DVC resort on 10/21 and staying that week when can we start calling to make ADRs for the trip? Dh called and he was told that we could call in three days. I called later (because I thought he was wrong and figured I could call today) and was told that in seven days we could call.

As of today (4/17) we are 187 days out from our DVC check-in date. Any info would be greatly appreciated! TIA!!

You can call in 180 days prior to your check in, to make dining reservations for the first 10 days of your stay. DVC guests have all the privileges of regular Disney resort guests.

Brian I thought it was 180 days from check in for the first 10 days of your stay. And I though it was exactly 180 days, not 6 months by the calendar.

I am currently 186 days out from check-in so the 24th I can call and make my ADRs.

We check in on Oct 22nd and I have to call on the 25th for my ADR. Please don't take all the good ones.

I called yesterday as it was my 180 day from our checkin on Oct. 14th. I made a LeCellier ADR for Oct. 15th (since we could do the 180 +10) and the times left were slim pickings and that was for a table for 2. I did manage a 6:20 seating, but the CM originally said only times left were after 7:30 or after. So if LeCellier is on your list, you need to get that one booked at the 180 window. Good luck.
