I have hunted and searched and ebayed until......I finally have enough ornaments for our tree! It's hard to find disney ornaments this time of year. I'm looking forward to all the advice the experienced ones can give...on little gifts and such.

Please don't think I am rude. Not to be greedy but we would love to be waitlisted for a second tree 12/12-12/17 for my inlaws' room (using some of our points) at the BWV. Know it is a long shot ...but figured it did not hurt to ask just in case something opened up. They would be so surprised. Again we can help with ornaments also. Thank you!!!

In the tree box there will be an envelope, you'll put money in that to help with the cost(s).

If you want to, I'm sure most tree owners would be happy, but it's not required or expected.

Pick the tree up from Bell Services, enjoy it in your room. Pack it up, crossing your name off the list and leaving money to cover the shipping. Deliver back to Bell Services ready for the next family.

My husband and I thought we would bring an ornament from our hometowns (I'm from Chicago/he's from Austin, MN) to add to the tree.

We'll also leave a little note about ourselves and hope others will do the same.

We have a small book that goes down each year, and lots of people have signed it, and I look forward to reading each comment. This is such a wonderful tradition. Thank you wdwstar, again and again, for doing all you do to set it up.

This year, we're going down in November with our wonderful Boston branch of the family and we're staying at BCV and we get to share in that tree. This will be a surprise! I couldn't keep it from DH, though, I am no good at keeping secrets, setting up surprises.wdwstar is sending that tree down, thank you again for that!

I wanted the tree to be a surprise for DH, too. I had to donate the tree so, it was next to impossible to do. He is excited about the tree though. He just received his surprise a little early.

Im getting my trees out tomorrow and sprucing them up for shipping next week (BCV Tree # 1) and i have a little more time before the VAKL Tree #1

Remember to only show the families names and dates on the outside of the tree box, NO Dis names please, we dont want to confuse bell service.

If you are the last family on the tree list, please use the money inside the tree box from the donations and return address label and sghip those trees back to the owners. If your the last family on the list and cant ship it back you need to pm me.

Lets post when you ship your tree down to the resort.

I thought about leaving a prepaid label for shipping....to make it a little easier. Has anyone done this?

I have not used a prepaid postage, interesting. i use fedex for shipping, how would that work if i ship the tree back from the resort instead of fedex.
because i know the resort charges more then fedex.
