I sold a stripped 200 VGC and purchased fully loaded 125 VGC to align the UYs for VGC to all be in December. What and how many points did you sell?
Your signature would look very nice with some VGC in there...... just sayingI’m at 951. Give me a few months, comma club.
Same! I guess I can always sell one if it ever feels like too much. But for now $15k still feels within the realms of sanityYeah, we keep raising the bar for our limit on annual dues.![]()
Is it sane to have a Boardwalk Grand Villa and a Grand Floridian 2 bedroom booked for the same night as part of a split stay because you don’t want to be homeless on your trip?We are kinda out of the realms of sanity, but that's neither here nor there.....![]()
Lol. No, Astro. You’ve gone too farIs it sane to have a Boardwalk Grand Villa and a Grand Floridian 2 bedroom booked for the same night as part of a split stay because you don’t want to be homeless on your trip?

Did something similar on our first trip to VGC a few years ago. When we purchased our AKV contract it came with a (not documented on the contract) 160 points that were very distressed (expired in 2 months). We extended our stay in the GV ahead one night to also have this situation and it was amazing. The 2BR we were in was actually adjacent to the GV (also learned the hard way that looking at trees and somewhat seeing The Redwood Creek Trail counted as "theme park view") and as no one had booked the GV the night before (was during a very expensive point season) we got our text that the room was ready at like 8am. We had access to both rooms for like a 16 hour overlap and we had family visiting so we made good use of both rooms for the day.Is it sane to have a Boardwalk Grand Villa and a Grand Floridian 2 bedroom booked for the same night as part of a split stay because you don’t want to be homeless on your trip?
Perfectly sane to this group of Disney lunatics! Is it sane to have a Boardwalk Grand Villa and a Grand Floridian 2 bedroom booked for the same night as part of a split stay because you don’t want to be homeless on your trip?

We read stories about rooms not being ready until 6pm sometimes…. my wife saw that and laid down the law that it was overlapping nights or no split stay…..Lol. No, Astro. You’ve gone too far![]()

Thank you, I will read through it.On this thread - https://www.disboards.com/threads/a...n-to-get-evening-hours.3948430/#post-65561230
I mentioned doing something similar and @Sandisw explained there could be an issue with MDE not linking. She explains the workaround there as well.
What a great idea!We read stories about rooms not being ready until 6pm sometimes…. my wife saw that and laid down the law that it was overlapping nights or no split stay…..
