I promise I did try the search feature first, but I still didn't find my answer. How is concierge different from front desk/lobby desk services? Is concierge something additional you have to pay for? The only assisitance I would be looking for during my stay at ASM would be to show "someone" a couple of my ADRs for early breakfasts and have them tell me how early I need to get a bus in that direction and which bus to take etc. What does concierge do that wouldn't be offered from the front desk CMs?
