Dumb taxi question

Dumb Brit question alert!

If I ask Bell Services at my resort to call me a cab do I tip them (I presume so) and how much?

I don't think I've ever seen that at Walt Disney World, but I was just in Las Vegas and I know people tipped between $0 and $10 - usually a couple of dollars if they tipped. Often, 'getting' you a cab at WDW will mean waving one over from where they're standing.

The last time we used cabs was before ME............we called Bell services the night before and asked for a cab at 0500 hours.............the bell man came for the bags at 0445 hours, the cab was right on time and I tipped the bell man $2.00 a bag.....
