Dumb Question

When I print the Disigns out, do I just print it out right from the thread? Will that be the right size for the shirts, or do I have to save the Disign and resize it. I know it will need some resizing due to adult shirts, child ones, and on a baby onsie! How do I resize them?? Sorry this is really showing that I am not that good at computers at all!!

I go to the DISigners photobucket and get the largest image possible then save it to my computer. That way I can play around and resize without the image getting fuzzy.
