DUMB question--regarding calling in for FD tomorrow

Can I start calling at 6a central (Minnesota) time on Thursday. I'm guessing they start taking calls 7a (Florida) time...I'm confused

Do I need the code, or will they know if I ask for free dining? When do you bring up the free ding? First thing?

Depends on the CM you get. I called on Monday and just said that I wanted to add free dining to my existing reservation. I also read (while on hold for an hour) that some CMs were asking for the code and when someone told them the wrong code (which alot of people did with the whole travel agent being the wrong code hoopla) they had to hang up and try again. So basically have the code ready.

When I finally got through I could hear another CM yelling at a guest in the background "did you just make that code up?!?" I guess it's the luck of the draw. Good luck!

I believe the codes are on the front page of the boards, in the DIS Sit Update section, look for the Magic Your Way plus Free Dining link.
