Dumb Question about PHP tickets

On our last trip we used PHP tickets and I am sure that I have some unused plus options on the tickets. I just can't remember how many. I know that there is a way to find out what is still left. Can that only be done down in Disney World or can the people selling tickets at my local Disney Store tell me?

They can only tell you at Guest Services at the parks or at the hotels.
