I know I should know the answer to this, but for some reason I don't. My DH usually replaces the furnace filter, but he's been really busy at work and hasn't had the time to go to the store and get some more. So, I decide I can do this. I look at the filter in the furnace to get the measurements and I go to Home Depot and buy the filters. Then I go downstairs and remove the old filter and when I'm about to put the new filter in, I notice the air flow arrow and realize I never looked at how I took the old filter out to determine which way that darn arrow should point:rolleyes:
So, which way should the air flow arrow point, towards the furnace or towards the vent? I'm thinking it's towards the vent, but I'm just not sure. Please try not to laugh too hard;)
