We've had cell phones for years and replaced lots of phones, but DS called from college and said there is nothing wrong with his phone but something happened to his SIM card. He can swap cards with someone else and the symptoms move to his friend's phone and his works fine with the friend's card.
He doesn't have time until Monday to check with AT&T and I'm in Florida tonight and on the road tomorrow. Has anyone had experience with this? Is the SIM card something the phone company should replace at no charge? Or will the cheapest option be to buy another new phone.
Thanks,
Sheila
