I am most likely the only one but I am excited that the due are going to be finalized today. I have the money ready and I know it is a big part of owning a DVC.

It makes Disney more real and my bank account less.:lmao:

You are not alone. I just want them to finalize it so i can pay it and forget about it. :goodvibes

Me too. Just trying to get a budget plan worked out and waiting for the "magic" number!

You will not get the actual statement until around Christmas. Even though they have the dues figure for next year, there will be an adjustment for the property taxes paid this year. If the actual property tax this year is more than the estimate, you will have to pay it in January. If the actual is less than the estimate, they will give you a credit on next year's dues.

Silly question? but is everyones dues due at the same time?
I can't remember for the life of me when our are due but I am assuming I would get a bill.

The annual fees are due by January 15 and are considered last after February 15 each year. In addition, you may set up an autodebit from a checking account where the total will be paid in 12 installments (with no service charges).

Statements will be mailed at the end of December and typically arrive shortly after Christmas.

thanks! We do have it set up to automatically come out every months so I guess that means we pay in installments and won't have a huge lump sum due.
I know I should probably call member services but too lazy!:rotfl:

So were these posted somewhere today? How can I see what they are?

This is silly, I know, but I was happy when I received my first dues payment notice, as it was something from DVC. :)

I'm not happy anymore for some reason. Well, I am happy, but am not overjoyed when I see the bill. :)

Sorry for the silly question, but here it goes. If I sign up for installment payments in 09, do those payments go toward the January 09 bill, or the January 2010 bill? I'm trying to figure out if I have to pay the bill in full AND sign up for the payment plan, or if when the bill comes, I have the choice to pay it in full, or by payment plan.

Also, if you sign up for a payment plan, would there be any reason that you can't pay the balance in full at any time throughout the year? Just curious on this one.

Thanks! :goodvibes
