Good to know the rooms are done, but common areas of the tower itself would be part of the timeline & budget. I agree if it’s the greater contemporary property/main building that’s a different story. BLT is very much its own thing. Unless the timeline is right on schedule and they just extended it to cover the next phase (lobby, etc) which could be the case too.

Since I think that some CR work is also being done outside of rooms, I wonder if it is a matter of coordination with the contractors so both BLT and CR common areas were done at the same time?

WiFi infrastructure….. and Grand Cal can’t event get new shower heads..

I was back at the grand cal this weekend. This time I noticed even more. There was so old light up light switches where the light inside the switch constantly flickered on and off… usb in the rooms is horrible. The TVs at AKV are more up to date and they haven’t even gotten the referb yet.

I would go through Member Services chat and ask them where to send complaints about the condition of the recently refurbished room and document your findings.
