Help. We have received quotes from both Dreams Unlimited and Mouse Ears Unlimited and they are the same. One is giving us $100 shipboard credit and the other is giving us an instant rebate of $200. (Making the bottom line of a difference of $100.) We have ALWAYS booked directly with Disney, but decided to try one of these agenices based on this forum and Deb Willis' website.

Does anyone have any thoughts or advise?

Both are reputable agencies. But, it sounds like 1 of them is actually $100 cheaper. I'd save the hundred bucks.

Dreams unlimited has been great! We have used them for two of our cruises and have never a problem. We got a much better rate with them then anywhere else. Very quick response to emails. I agree you may want to save the $100.00 but in my experience I would highly recomend Dreams Unlimited and I personally would pay a $100 for peace of mind. Alot of people on these boards have used Mouse Ears but when I inquired about the 14 day Panama Cruise I never received a quote after two emails, but many of others have. It's a personal choice depending on everyones own experiences but you should be good with either of these companies.

Of the two I've only used Dreams but will say I've always had great service from them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have to vote for Dreams Unlimited as well. We have had superb service on our last two cruises and have booked with them for our 2005 Christmas Cruise. I specifically requested particular staterooms for that cruise and Dreams contacted me the day the 2005 Holiday dates were released and they succeeded in getting us one of the 4 center CAT 3's which we had requested. I think their service is terrific!!

Go with Mouse Ears and save the cash. Mouse Ears was great from the start communicating with me. Has it been like that for you? Then go with them. I've had DU take forever to get back to me on a couple of occassions. I've failed to see what is so wonderful about them. Edited to say that they got back to me in a timely manner this time but their quote was $600 more than ME.

I booked with DU 11/01- that was 18 months before the cruise in 2003 but I didn't end up going. I just found that paper with the 2001 pricing and booking. I just booked with ME for 2005- this time only 9 months before sailing. Sailing same month, same Cat. 11, same route (western). The 2001 DU price was $500 more than the 2004 price from ME! Unbelievable!

Before you decide on either for sure. Haggle with Dreams Unlimited if its a lower price issue. I got several qoutes from online agencies. I took the lowest qoute and asked DU if they would match, since I had heard such good things about them.

They matched and beat the lower price!!!!

Never hurts to ask,
KC
