DU on the weekends?

Does anyone know if DU has anyone there on the weekend to send out quotes? I had filled out the online form Friday for a price on a 7 day Disney trip for August and have yet to hear from them... Ireally wanted to have it all booked by Sunday night but not sure if they are working on the weekends....

I had the same problem with DU when I booked. I asked for a quote on Fri and didn't get the price until Mon. I went with All Seasons, I like their website.

Why does DU make it so hard to find out their prices? I found the whole process slow and annoying (sorry) I had to fill out a request form for each cat. I wanted to see a price for and then wait...wait....wait.....

i filled out two request forms, one on friday and one on sat. i received quotes on both on saturday.

IF U HAVE AOL.. It maybe in the Spam folder i know that some of our email has ended up there i would check there to see if it is in the spam folder.....

or may be u just have not gotten taken care of as of Yet we have Always had great srvice from them....

There was mail this morning from them with my quote....I tried allseas but they were 300 more. The price from DU is the same as on the Disney website so I am not sure of any advantage to using them or just booking straight through Disney.
