DTD resturants open on Thanksgiving???

and if they are, how crowded do you all think they will be? We need a place to eat our first night (T-giving) and our meal plan won't start until the following day. I was thinking about using the $15 coupon for Planet Hollywood, but wanted to make sure they'll (or anyone in DTD) will be open.

Downtown Disney restaurants are open 365 days a year and I would think on Thanksgiving they would get very busy.

They are open, but if you don't have an ADR, I think you'll have a very tough time getting in on Thanksgiving. You may want to call and check...they may hold a few spots for walk in's since they are not Disney owned. What Resort are you staying at? You may be better off just getting counter service that day and having a relaxing meal in your room

Try The Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club resort. Their ARD's are probably all taken but last year they were taking walk-ins (no reservations) at 4:30pm and the buffet is GOOD!!
I've spent 2 Thanksgivings there!
