DTD: Planet Hollywood

Hi all~ This may be a silly question, but my future husband and I want to make a reservation at Planet Hollywood. Our WDW Resort vacation begins on a Monday. We will be arriving in Orlando on Sunday and wish to eat at Planet Hollywood on Sunday night. Is this possible to do or will we only be allowed to eat there during our resort stay. Thanks in advance.
