Dtd Hotel Perks?

Do the DTD hotels share any perks as the On-Site hotels? For instance is there any EE or can purchases from the park be sent to the hotels?

I believe the only non-Disney hotel with EMH is Hilton DTD. I'm not sure about the packages, though. I thought package delivery was only available to WDW resort guests, but I could be wrong.
