DTD CY Marriott: Bus, Food, Refurbs

I just got back from another spur of the moment trip to WDW. Just a one night trip and we stayed at the CY Marriott (again). By the way, this was last night (9/19).
Some quick notes: room was great as usual, breakfast buffet was a great deal (7.95 adults, 3.95 kids)...better food than we had at the Princess B'fast and Breakfastosaurus also much more pleasant atmosphere IMHO., used bus service to Epcot last night at about 7:30...nice bus and 1/2 hr ride (would do it again), due to "necessary roof repairs" the manager's happy hour is cancelled 'til 9/30 and part of the atrium is closed. The bar and 2Go are open but some of the center seating area is closed. There is also a big black net up on the ceiling.

Thanks for the updated info in the CY by Marriott.
I noticed you stated the bus took approx. 30 minuntes to Epcot.
Is Epcot the furthest park away from the CY?
Is this the average travel time, including the other stops/pickups this bus makes?
Did you use the Disney buses from DTD at all instead of the hotel's buses? If so, were they quicker?

I didn't take the DTD busses...I actually thought that they weren't available any longer?? The one trip was the only one that I made on the bus. The CY is the first or second hotel on the route, so we had to pick up all of the other DTD hotel people and our drivers switched at one of the hotels as well. I would say that the resorts took about 15 min. total. The ride back was quicker as we were one of the first few stops.
I have driven to the parks mostly and while I am not positive, I do believe that Epcot and MK are the farthest from DTD.

....especially the good breakfast deal. Do you know how early they open for breakfast at the Marriott?

It opens at 6:30am for b'fast! I just called to check and I was surprised at how early it starts...good for those wanting to be at the parks for rope drop!
