I would call, as long as he's on the reservation it shouldn't make a difference. I, along with some otherse on the boards, received our PIN with maiden names. I have been to WDW since I was married and have changed my name. They let me use the PIN that was issued in my maiden name. I would call, you should have no problem since your son is is your same household.

I bet they'll allow you to use it. I get everything from Disney in my married name but legally I am still my maiden name and have never had an issue.

Same things happened to us. As long as the address is the same, the code is for the household so you can use it.

The only time he has stayed on Disney property was YEARS ago with my family.
The postcard came in his name to an address he has only lived at for about 6 months.
He has no Disney Visa --turns his nose up everytime I talk about planning a trip!
I need some pixie dust---not him
