DS14th b-day - HELP! I need ideas

Will be Disney on my DS14th birthday and I'm trying to look for different ideas to make it extra special.

We were at Disney for my DS's 14th bday in 2000. We let him choose (ahead of time - for PS) which restaurant he wanted to go to. He choose Alfredo's in Italy.

We have 3 ds, but have never celebrated any of their birthdays there. But some of the guy friendly things they like are espn for sure. Middle ds likes parasailing, and the fishing trip. They did like the fish viewing at the coral reef. You have to ask for a tank table for that. Any restraunt will make him feel special if you mention its his birthday when you make a ps. I guess it depends on what he likes. How abut a special lunch or dinner too. Depends on your budget. Also what park will you be in. For example at mgm - maybe sci-fi drive in, a belly dancer in moroco at epcot? Planet Hollywood at DTD. Show him the menus and let him decide.
