The quickest way is going to be a taxi or rideshare. The time savings will be significant.

For free, you have several options:

• Take a bus to a resort and transfer to a different bus heading to Disney's Hollywood Studios. I'd select one of the Boardwalk Resorts (including the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin) or maybe Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter. Geographically, those are the closest resorts.
• Take a bus to one of the Boardwalk Resorts (including the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin) and transfer to the boat to Disney's Hollywood Studios.
• Walk to the Congress Park bus stop at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort and take the bus to Disney's Hollywood Studios.

It's hard to say which of those options is quickest because it's impossible to know how long you'll have to wait for the bus or boat to arrive.
