DS (future olympic swimmer :thumbsup2) is on a spanish language trip with school this week, went yesterday, 11 boys and 31 girls!!! and I have no idea what to do with all the spare time, when I would normally be taking him training watching him train and bringing him home again!! ~ I am sure that I will find something to do to keep me buisy!!!!!

My youngest DD went to France for a week the other week, and the house was sooooo quiet. I really miss them when one of them is away, but it is amazing how quick the time flies and they're back with a ton of dirty washing :lmao: I hope your son has a great time in Spain :sunny:

When my eldest is away (youngest has only been away once) I just miss him like crazy, but then he's back in a flash driving me crazy! :lmao: I don't usually worry too much when he's in this country but when he went to France in February to see the Bayeux tapestry I was imagining all sorts from the boat sinking to a coach crash. :confused3 It was worse because he had his mobile with him but it was switched off most of the time and I panicked because I couldn't reach him. :rolleyes2 Make the most of the time and pamper yourself you sound like a really busy runaround mum. :thumbsup2

My DS went away last monday until Thursday, I really missed him but he was so tired and teasy when I picked him up that I wished I hadn't bothered :rotfl2: . Yuck! I guess thats what three nights sleeping with his friends in a dorm does for them.
