I can't wait to meet him either during our trip!! This is one character meet that I think I'll enjoy more than the kids will.

When meeting Gaston, I think it is pretty common for the kids to be a little perplexed and for the parents to be tickled pink!

Thank you! DD actually loves Gaston. But as with most Disney characters she meets, she was a bit shy from being star struck.

No one hugs like Gaston!

We met Gaston in passing last year at the MNSSHP. I still think about it and laugh. My very cute teenage daughter was dressed as Belle for the party, and I barely noticed Gaston until he stopped in front of my "Belle" and showed her his bicep muscle. She just looked at him and laughed. He moved on, but turned around and yelled "don't act like you're not impressed!" in a very Gaston-like voice. He definitely made an impression on all of us. What a great character!

Thanks, all! Gaston is great fun, and there are always lots of people watching what is essentially Gaston's one-man show, even if they are not waiting in line.

Speaking of the line, it was always super, super long whenever we walked past. Honestly I cannot even recall if Gaston appeared in the times guide. We just happened to get really lucky since he appeared behind Gaston's statue right as we were strolling by.

BTW, I think ANYone would get a kick out of Gaston!

Since according to the times guide Gaston is only out for about 30 minutes at a time, you definitely want to get there early before the line gets cut off (the line for Gaston forms REALLY fast).
