Dropping off luggage and Hertz shuttle at PC

We sail on the Fantasy tomorrow and I'm working on some logistics. We have a rental car that will have to be returned before the cruise. I don't think that all 5 of us and the luggage will fit in the rental car.

Can I take the luggage to the port and drop it off myself? I could then come back to get everyone and we'd have the Hertz shuttle take us over when the spirit moves us.

Is there much of an issue getting the shuttle from Hertz to the port?

You can drive if you have your cruise documents and photo ID to the port drop off the bags and leave. Note you can't do it before 10.30 am.
