OK I'm going to attempt some modified push-ups. I'm 40 and starting to get bye-bye arms. That is when you wave bye-bye and once you stop the bottom half of your arm keeps waving! I've also been doing hand weights while I walk. Any other suggestions for firming up the flab?
 
Tricep machine or a modified tri cep with your hand weights.

Hard to explain,with words but that works really well.
