I apologize , I posted this in prior years, but forgot this year.
.
1) When driving to FW, whether for check-in, eating, HDDR, or visiting, don't go the Main route through the MK Toll Booths.
2) The booths get clogged with guests trying to get to MK.
. . . on morning of December 31st, the line was from the Toll Booth back to the Epcot Exit on World Drive
. . . people we actually outside of their cards walking around waiting for the booths to open.
. . . it took some people from pre-opening until 10:30am to get past the booth (shown on local TV stations)
. . . it was delayed all day, as people were turned away from MK parking lot
. . . toll booth employees had to explain to guests how to get to other parks that were still open
3) If traveling to The Fort on major holidays, take the Back Way.
. . . I-4 to Hwy-535
. . . Hwy-535 (north) to Vista Blvd
. . . Vista Blvd (west) to FW entrance
4) As an alternate, if already on property
. . . Buena Vista Drive to Bonnet Creek Pkwy
. . . Bonnet Creek Pkwy (north) to Vista Drive
. . . Vista Blvd (west) to FW entrance

Taking note that depending on how much you "Zoom" on google maps you may or may not see that Hwy-535 North makes a hard left on what is also known as "Winter Garden Vineland Rd. Vista Blvd then intersects with that. :)

Thanks for the good advice Rusty.
