Driving to CR on Half-Marathon Day

We will be checking out of the WL and driving to the CR to check in there on the morning of the Princess Half-Marathon (2-23). I imagine the road leading between the two will be blocked to traffic because of that. If this is the case, does anyone know how else we'd be able to get from Point A to Point B? TIA

I'm not exactly sure of the route for the half marathon but it starts at 5:30am at Epcot and since it is a half-marathon, it should be finished at the MK no later than 8 am, I would think. Just plan to check into CR a little later in the morning and you won't have any problems. Besides, that is a major road for park buses taking resort guests to MK, so I don't think it will be closed.
