Driving from Jacksonville?

We are going to be heading to WDW after visiting some relatives in the Jacksonville area. Can somewhere please give me directions from there to WDW (staying at POP), estimated travel time, and a suggestion for a quick grocery stop on the way for a few non-refrigerated items? It will be evening (7 or 8) on a Sunday when we leave Jacksonville. Thanks for any and all help!

Mapquest says to take I-95 south to I-4 west, and also that it should take about 2 1/2 hours to get from Jacksonville to WDW. Since you know where in jacksonville you're going to be, and I don't, you may want to try mapquesting it on your own for exact directions
