drinks included on DXDP?

we are looking at the DXDP for our visit in June. What drinks are covered at our table service? Can we get a pop? Are there refills included like at a regular (non Disney) restaurant? Does it change if we have the Dining Plus option instead?

The DxDDP and the regular DDP have the same non-alcoholic beverage entitlement. A fountain drink such as soda, coffee, tea, or lemonade is included. Some of the Disney owned restaurants will allow additional non alcoholic beverage choices such as a milkshake, smoothie, virgin cocktail, specialty coffee or tea. You'll have to ask at each TS place.

All of the TS we dined at had refills on the fountain drinks, but not on some of the additional beverages listed above.
