Our group is planning an evening (late afternoon, dinner and EMH evening) with drinks around the world. I love being a head of the game and was wondering, is there a place I can find a drink menu for all the places with prices so I can budget OR suggests on how much to budget per person for this? DH will normally stick with beer the entire day while I prefer a mixed drink or something other than beer.

Any help will be great!

Assuming we're talking about Epcot, be sure to get that Grey Goose slush thing in France. I'm a beer drinker who avoids sweet drinks, but that one is a winner!
If your DH is sticking with beer, he may very well be familiar with many of the offerings. The black & tan at the Rose & Crown is a favorite, and the Canada cart has some good stuff.

My boyfriend and I have drank around the world and we ended up sharing every drink (both for cost and for our livers... We are light weights haha) we spent around $100 and that's with some food items. There's a peppermint schnops hot chocolate in America that's super yummy! And in England the cider and black is amazing. Fave drink of the evening.

Josh over at easywdw does lots of reviews. But I would budget $8-$10 per drink at Epcot.

I could sit in Rose & Crown all day! Pim's Punch, Leaping Leprechaun, Welsh Dragon, and as you mentioned, the Black & Tan!

I don't recommend mixing. Maybe start with a margarita in Mexico, but then stick to beer.

Do a water every other country and make sure you save an entire day for it so you don't drink too much too quick. We did it a few years ago when we went down to Disney for a wedding. It's a blast, but it takes a toll when it's hot outside. Make Italy or Germany the halfway mark and stop there and sit for a while. Enjoy a pretzel from Germany and pad your stomach a bit.

Otherwise - the Tipsy Duck in Love is outstanding in China, the grapefruit beer in Germany is delicious and refreshing

I second the Grey Goose slush but I'm really looking forward to some amazing margaritas in the Mexico pavilion!!

I second the Tipsy Ducks in Love in China!! It was SO good and will probably be the first thing I get when we head back in October. There's a couple of websites that sell laminated name tags so you can keep track of what you drink. I think I might invest in those...juuuuuust in case I can't remember exactly what I had. :drinking1Cheers!

We've attempted it. We had delicious Margaritas in Mexico, walked to 2 more countries, turned around and enjoyed more Margaritas! They are so good! We gave up the around the world pursue for deliciousness!

A nice cold Limoncello in Italy (and a spiked coffee there), all the shots in Germany (apfelschnaps, Bärenjäger Honey with Bourbon, Jägermeister), and that Schöfferhofer Grapefruit Hefeweizen were all the alcohol I drank the last time we went and I was quite happy with them.

In the past several years since I've been an AP, I have rarely spent more than $100 & this includes a couple QS meals. Of course, it all depends on what you get & how much you drink. My personal favorites are La Fin Du Monde beer from the popcorn stand in Canada, Black Velvet (not on the menu but it's 1/2 Cider, 1/2 Guinness) from the R&C or Innis & Gunn from the beer stand, Orange Slushy from France, Frozen Italian Margarita from the gelato stand in Italy, Cantaloopy from the Joy of Tea in China & Avocado Margarita from La Cava in Mexico or frozen Fiesta margarita from the stand.

One good tip I've learned is to get free ice waters to go from any QS or full service bar on the way to save $$ & stay hydrated.

If you want to check out the menus, go to Disney's site & search for Epcot dining for the list of beer carts, kiosks & lounges included in the restaurant list. They keep it updated with what is offered & the prices at each location.

wow this is all great! I love Mexico's margarita's and the France Slush!! Last time we did this I chickened out because I don't like beer so I would wait until he got one, tasted it (said yuck most of the time) and just waited until we went to the next country to see if they have anything I liked :)

Definitely looking into those laminated cards too!

Question: Has anyone tried the Aquavit in Norway? I have always wanted to try it but don't really have any interest in the whole Princess thing at Akershus. Is there a way to try it without the character meal?

I haven't tried it but you can get it at the QS, Kringla Bakeri.
