drinking in Disney

There are a lot of Disney Restaurants that we are not going to be able to hit for a meal while we are there, but we would like to go in for a drink and soak up the atmosphere and relax. Because I drink mostly club soda I can easily cover 3 or 4 bars/pubs/lounges in an evening but I am not finding much information on what restaurants have separate bars. Am I not looking in the right places or is there really a dearth of information on this subject? We are not looking for nightlife, with music and/or entertainment. Just somewhere we can sit and talk and relax. Any suggestions?

We like epcot because you can dark beers or just something completely different from the everyday life. MK is a dry port so we bring rum in a sippy cup and then buy cokes.

Also, it is expensive, about $8 for a beer so you can only drink as much as you afford. DH is looking forward to the monorail drink a thon in early Sept and I look forward to watching!

Many of the restaurants do have bar areas that you can sit and enjoy a drink in. I would just stop by whatever look interesting to you and see if you can snag a seat there.

I do not know of anyplace that has a full list of restaurants with bars, no. =(
