Drink Refills

Are drink refills available at no extra cost on the Disney Dining Plan? I am considering the 1 snack, 1 counter service, and one table service plan. My guess is that counter service meals are not refillable, while the table service drinks are refillable. I can't find anything that states you get refills though, which is very important to a budget minded family! Thanks!

They refill the TS meal drinks only. But not the shakes, and if you get a shake you may not be able to get a refill of a sode or ice tea with out paying extra, depends on the server and restaurant. If you get a CS at the resort you fill your own cup so I guess you can go back for a refill.

At the Electric Umbrella in Epcot they are one of the few counter service locations in the parks where guests fill up their own drinks and I have got refills in the paper cups, plus there were no signs saying that it was not allowed. So I would think any counter service location where you get the drinks yourself you can also get refills.
