Are there any other drink refill stations at Art of Animation other than the food court?

I’m not familiar with AoA but Pop has one at the Petals bar so possibly the AoA pool bar does also?

Yes,The Big Blue Pool Bar does have a Fountain Drink refill Station.

Pop's is 24 hours so I'm sure AoA is the same. It is outside the fenced pool.
