We have the regular dining plan with 1 ts a=, 1 qs and snack per day plus refillable mugs. Check in day we will eat at the food court. Can we get a bottle of water with our meal and fill up our mugs as well.
Should I activate the mugs before getting food? Do I get the mugs at the food court?

We always got a beverage with our meal, usually milk or juice, which we saved for later. You pick up your mug in line and activate it then.

Yup, when we ate counter service at the resort we always got a bottle of water or powerade - something we could throw into our bags and take to the park, since buying them separately is $$.
