Hey everyone! I am just working on honeymoon plans and I had a question. I noticed at one time some discussion about dress codes for some of the Disney restaurant. I just wanted to ask you all if any of the restaurants we have ADRs for have any kind of dress codes:

Sun., Aug. 6th:
Dinner-Hoop Dee Doo Musical Review at 9:30 p.m.
Mon., Aug. 7th:
Lunch-Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater at 12:10 p.m.
Dinner-Planet Hollywood at 5:45 p.m.
Tues., Aug. 8th:
Breakfast-Boma at 9:00 a.m.
Dinner-Concourse Steakhouse at 6:00 p.m.
Wed., Aug. 9th:
Dinner-Liberty Tree Tavern (Character) at 6:00 p.m.
Thurs., Aug. 10th:
Dinner-San Angel Inn at 6:00 p.m.
Fri., Aug. 11th:
Dinner-O'Hana at 6:20 p.m.
Sat., Aug. 12th:
Dinner-1900 Park Fare (Character) at 6:20 p.m.

Also...if you have any reviews or suggestions for these restaurants, feel free to share!!!!

I've been to all of those and never "dressed up." Theme park attire for all. Those are some great restaurants, BTW. You should enjoy them!

The new dress code applies only to signature restaurants, none of which are on your list.

New dress code is randomly enforced, but only at the Signature restaurants none of which you have booked.

I'm considering afternoon tea at the Garden View Lounge at the Grand Floridian the day we'll be at MK, just to get off our feet and treat ourselves for a little bit mid-afternoon. Are we going to be OK there in our shorts and tees?

You might want to "dress up" a bit for the tea (maybe a blouse with skirt or capris) although you'll see some in shorts and t-shirts as well

Have even seen some women in dresses (and their men with jackets)

I've gone directly from the MK in theme park attire (sleeveless top with skort) and felt comfortable like that

There is no real dress code, the code the reservation CM's speak of are, in the wrods of Capt. Barbossa, "more guidelines than rules" and never, in my experience, enforced. Dress neat and clean and you'll be OK anywhere EXCEPT V&A's.
