Is there a dress code for Shulas? How dressy do you have to be? My husband, I am sure, won't want to bring a suit. I'll be lucky if he brings khakies.

dress code is resort casual...so khakis and a polo shirt for him, pants/blouse or a dress for you.

Enjoy!

Now, the only consideration is the cost. My husband might prefer the Yacht Steakhouse because Shula's is extremely expensive. I've heard uneven reviews of the Steakhouse, but still might have to go ahead because of Shula's cost.

Thanks for the dress code information, anyway.

Shula's in all honesty can be done and be no more expensive then YSH. You need to order smart. The portions of the sides are HUGE so plan on splitting them. DW and I split the appetizer as well. The only thing we don't split is the steak.

When you compare the two, Shula's v YSH, Shula's is the major leaugues and YSH just doesn't measure up.

Eeyore2U,

I know that about the quality. I convinced my husband this morning that it might be worth paying a bit more to get a great steak.

I didn't know they'd permit sharing.

How much does dinner for two cost there? Can you give me an example of what you ordered?

We run around $130 w/tip for two and the tip usually is 20%.

DW and I spilt a shrimp cocktail, a baked potatoe on steriods and asparagus. We each get a Filet Mignon to die for. There are also cocktails included in the total.

I've seen the beefsteak and mozzarella salad and it looks like you could ski down it. Everything is HUGE !!!
