Has anyone used them and if so how was your experience? I think I have seen a thread like this before but I can't find it right now. I am trying to book my vacation for next July, actually vacation, wedding, and honeymoon so I want the best deal so I can enjoy it all the more.

Hi. I used Dreams for our last trip. I liked them okay. The best part is having someone to make your ps ressies and they have a very cool itinerary sheet. They are very knowlegable and pretty prompt with responses. If you are anal about communication, be warned that it is only via email. That drove me nuts to not be able to speak to my TA when I was freaking out over something. The service is top-notch. I probably won't use them again but not because of them, because I'm a freak

Thanks fam4jc I'm thrilled to hear their service is top notch. I like communication via e-mail best so that will work great for me. I can read and respond at work without having to use cell minutes so that will work great.

For some reason I want my wedding and honeymoon plans to go perfect so anybody else out there have experiences with them?

We didn't use them, but used Magical Journies for our trip in December. So far so great. We called yesterday to WL and they didn't have our ressies and they said that Disney might and they transferred me right to them. They pulled us up and whoohoo they have us. Great thing about Magical Journies is that they check the rates and then apply them to you.

I am working with Marla with DU. She has booked everything quickly and she seems very upbeat and professional. She got the BDP code on our existing ressie and saved us $700.00. I also made a couple changes with room requests and ps plans. She was fine with everything and rebooked us quickly. She always responded back to me within a couple hours of my emails to her. I will never book a disney trip without DU again.

Dream's Unlimited rocks. We used them for our 11/03 trip and Beth was incredibly helpful. We could focus on what we wanted to do and then let Beth handle the details. You could do the same thing yourself but you would spend way more time on hold with Disney. We'll use them again for our 12/05 trip.

This is our second trip using DU. Beth has been our travel agent both times. I can email her and within the same day I usually hear from her. And I love the service they provide. I would reccommend them to anyone.

Another vote for Dreams and their wonderful service. Cathy Miller is my agent and I can't wait til she books my trip for May of 2006! I email her with a question and she's quick to respond within the hour..sometimes, within minutes!

I give DU four thumbs up (borrowing a couple of thumbs from my sister for this one). I used them for this summer's trip, and am using them again for a trip this January-- Carole was able to make all my PSs, update my ressies for any discounts, and make incredible suggestions for my stay. I still had full control over my itinerary and most of the details, but Carole was there to help with the reservations and all the minor details I wasn't really paying attention to. I would have really been at a loss without DU...

I also just used them. I put up a thread about a week ago. Rhonda at DU was able to get me 3 rooms at POR and saved me about $1500 from my original quote. DU worked for me. Give them a try. Rhonda even called me at home one evening to answer a question I had about cancelling the reservation I had. She is very good.

I have used Dream Come True Vacations for my TA - Joe and Mary are the best! They automatically adjusted my reservation when new discounts were released - they saved me $390 on one of my last trips.

If you need to, you can call them on the phone, but I never needed to, as they always responded promptly to my emails - usually in 2 hours or less.

We have now used Regina at DU for 3 trips. The service and knowledge she provides is outstanding. I am a complete control freak but I am learning to let go a little. The best part is that I did not spend forever on the phone when the discount codes were released. I also did not have to get up first thing and book CRT. All that was done for me which saved me a great deal of time.
