We have also been in contact with the technical folks at AOL to see if we can get this issues resolved.

Good luck! About the only thing that helps at all, is if the AOL person adds you to their address book. A lot more comes through when I do that.
 
We have had nothing but wonderful positive results from DU for our 4/04 wdw vacation! Beth has gotten us some tough PS's and has always been very prompt in getting back to me! We WILL be using them again!:D
 
My apologies for not getting it right. I would expect honest service from DU based on the way Pete has conducted his other businesses. Any problem is just that, a problem that I'm sure DU will correct ASAP once it is brought to their attention.
 

I am a very happy DU customer, have never had any problems. My request are usually answered within 24 hours. Most of the time the same day. I have recommended this company to lots of people, all have been pleased. This does not sound like the same DU that I've been dealing with over the years.

I find 2 week also unacceptable. If a company wants to remain in business I feel they need to be more punctual. I don't know why there seem to be a problem with some people getting a quote within a reasonable amount of time, but it does sound like someone is not doing their job and it should be investigated. Not good business to leave people hanging, I know I would go elsewhere.

No reason for me to look elsewhere Dreams is awesome in my book.
