Ok so I just have to take a moment to say thank you to Allison Raver of Dreams Unlimited Travel. She has been my agent for my current trip to the World. She has gone above and beyond, when dealing with me and my several changes. She was always prompt to answer my emails and answering any of my questions. I have to say that my experience with Dreams Unlimited Travel has made me a loyal customer. I will be taking another trip to the World this year and plan on working with her and Dreams Unlimited. As well I am looking to book a Dis Cruise to Canada in 2012. Thank you DIS Team for all your information and for having such amazing staff like Allison.

This might not be the right place to ask but here goes anyway! I've never used a travel agent before and I don't really know how they work. Can someone give me a quick run down of how you use them and maybe what makes Dreams Unlimited so awesome? Are there any special perks to using a travel agent instead of booking everying yourself?

Yes go to www.dreamsunlimitedtravel.com. They will give a quote for everything you want. Then you will be assigned a personal agent. If I may say so, Allison Raver is awesome! You can let them know what all you want to do, and she will be able to give you suggestions to choose from. Their agents are very knowledgeable in everything DIS so she will be answer any question, and will contact Disney with any questions. You can even give her your ADRs (Advanced Dinning Reservations) dates, times and place and she will make them for you. I'd suggest contacting them.

I have used Dreams for my current trip and its been amazing. I have had Carole and its as if she never sleeps. Anything I have wanted shes has it done in hours. All for free who can complain? I have saved around $400 off my trip had I booked alone. Very happy and will use for all future Disney bookings.

This is very interesting. I was thinking I should use them when we go to WDW in 2014 because we have never been and I wouldn't know the first thing about how to plan for WDW. How far ahead should you contact them? Meaning, when it is too late or too early? It seems like everything must be planned out earlier than DLR. And is communication through email or phone or both?
