I am impressed with the service booking through Dreams Unlimited, (DreamsRes)
We're going to be staying at Grosvenor Resort.
The rate was better than CRO and easier.
No long distance charges!
Got confirmation email pretty quickly and today got a reminder about our reservation, (final confirmation) Which I thought was pretty cool, we're in the 5 day cancelation period and if we wanted to cancel they've kinda even reminded us.
I sent them an email asking a few questions this morning, (Sunday) didn't expect to hear an answer till Monday. Got a personal reply in about an hour. WOW
I know it's nice talking to a person at CRO or Orlando hotels, but I for one don't have time to hold for 20 minutes, which has been the case for me recently.
I will definitely use them in the future!! Besides they help support the DIS boards.
